Hi, my name is Joshua Ferdinand born in 1989 in Portsmouth, England. As a passionate educator and author, I’ve combined my love for storytelling with a dedication to engaging young minds.
I’m the author of The Last Words of Albion, a book that blends fantasy and history to spark curiosity in readers aged 7–12. It’s designed to inspire a love for British history and mythology, while also enhancing language skills and encouraging thoughtful reflection through its rich themes and vivid storytelling. I first released a similar collection of poems during my songwriting journey in 2016/17. These pieces can now be found in a few rare collections, and it’s wonderful to see them still appreciated. You’ll see the vinyl and CD album covers below.
Curious to know more about my academic ventures, acting, or further projects? Feel free to explore online – there’s always something new on the horizon. Above all, I hope The Last Words of Albion spark wonder and become a beloved part of your family’s reading time!
